Thomas Grzinich started skateboarding in 1986. The influence from roller skating as a child to the part of ‘Back to the Future’ when the scooter gets turned into a skateboard and he ollies off the curb cut. Growing up in rural New York, Thomas spent a lot of time alone trying to emulate what he saw in Thrasher and Transworld skate mags and what the skaters from H-Street were doing, particularly Ron Allen, who he met among others like Harold Hunter at Newburgh Skatepark. In 1993, Thomas moved to Austin and made skateboarding a continual priority even while temporarily living and skating in SF in 95’ Brooklyn in 97’

The bottom line is service through skateboarding should make money if it’s effect is concurring or COINcide’s with an economy that supports society.
